We serve Medicaid and uninsured patients 14 and older living in Waukesha County or the Oconomowoc School District, whose incomes do not exceed 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. Dental services are available by appointment only.
Emergency appointments are available the same day.

Cancellation Policy
Patients who miss a scheduled dental appointment may be unable to schedule another dental appointment for up to one year. Exceptions for emergencies or extenuating circumstances may be considered at management discretion. Please speak with the Dental Clinic Manager if you have any questions regarding this policy.

If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Failure to notify the Dental Clinic of a cancellation, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, may be considered a missed appointment.
Arriving 10 or more minutes late to an appointment may also be considered a missed appointment.
