Applying for Medicaid/BadgerCare

The Dental clinic at the Lake Area Free Clinic is sustained from donations, grants, and Medicaid reimbursements for services provided to those individuals who are covered by the state insurance. We do not get reimbursed for services provided to those who are uninsured. It is beneficial to both the patients and clinic if as many patients as possible are covered by Medicaid/BadgerCare.
