Volunteers Make Lake Area Free Clinic Successful
Since 2001 LAFC has had over 65,000 Medical patient visits. The Dental Clinic opened in 2017 and has had over 27,000 patient visits.
With only 5 full-time equivalent employees in the Medical Clinic, LAFC relies on volunteers like you to be successful.
Since 2001 volunteers have contributed over 130,000 hours of service.

We are currently taking applications for the following volunteer roles:

Dental Assistant
Qualifications: Must have Dental Assistant experience.

Dental Hygienist
Qualifications: Must have current Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin.

Dentist
Qualifications: Must have current Dental license in Wisconsin.

Interpreter - Mandarin
Qualifications: Bilingual - Mandarin/Cantonese and English. Experience and interest in interpretation.

Interpreter - Spanish
Qualifications: Bilingual - Spanish and English. Experience and interest in interpretation.

Laboratory
Qualifications: Must have phlebotomy experience. Phlebotomy certification recommended.

Nurse
Qualifications: Must have current LPN or RN license in Wisconsin.

Provider
Qualifications: Must have current APNP, PA, or MD license in Wisconsin.
